Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This privacy notice discloses the privacy practice for and applies solely to information collected by this website. IADE values and protects the privacy of those who use our website.

Information Collection and Use. The Institute is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily provide us via email or other direct contact with you. We will not sell or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We respect your trust and value your privacy as much as we do ours. Our website offers several opportunities for visitors to register for informational mailings, courses, and resources. These registration forms are often linked to our mailing lists and require users to provide contact information (such as name and email address). We use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about courses, publications, or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Registrants may opt-out of receiving future mailings at any time (see the choice/opt-out section below).

Sharing and Usage. We will never share, sell or rent your information with third parties for their promotional use. Occasionally we may enter into contracts with third parties so they can assist us in servicing you (for example, survey providers or email newsletters). The contracts prohibit them from using any of your personal information for their own purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information they provide them. We may disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under the law. For example, we may be required to disclose personal information to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities, to comply with a legal process such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, or law enforcement request.

Links. Our site may provide links to third-party websites, such as those of our business partners and associations. While on these sites, they may provide an opportunity to collect information about you. IADE has no control over the information policies or practices of these third parties. Therefore, you should review their privacy policies to learn more how they collect and use your personal information.

Security. We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Choice/Opt-out. IADE provides visitors the opportunity to opt-out or change preferences via a link in the footer of most email messages. These options are made available when you sign-up to be placed on our email lists and in emails delivered from our company. You may also contact us via phone or email.

Notification of Changes. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on so our visitors are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

Additional Comments or Questions? If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy or you have additional comments or questions on this policy, you should contact us immediately via telephone at 877-578-0788 or via email.
